Last month, Betty’s Toy Box sent me a few toys to test. The Naughty Bits Muah was one of them, and I chose it for a specific reason; because it’s affordable. I know many toys I use are in the $100’s, which is just not doable for all of us, so I wanted something cheaper. The Muah Mini Vibrator is sold on Naughty North, which is Betty’s Toy Box for Canada.

Naughty Bits Muah is a silly-looking toy, so of course, the first thing I did was place it in my mouth and take a look in the mirror. Yep, I looked as ridiculous as I felt sporting a vibrator as a pair of magnificent lips. Glorious lips aside, the Muah isn’t super special. Let me tell you a little bit about why that is.

Design of the Naughty Bits Muah

Muah mini vibrator is a completely silicone-encased vibrator. There isn’t a hint of any other material, and I personally like it that way. Silicone is a body-safe material that should be used with water-based lube. Silicone lube can degrade the silicone of the toy. I like THIS LUBE because it’s water-based and just slippery enough for me. This silicone is smooth and isn’t sticky (unlike some other STRONIC toys).

Muah vibrator is waterproof, and you’re damn right I took it into the bath. It has a little self-sealing port for you to plug in the toy to the charger. This rechargeable toy can be plugged into most anything – in my case, my laptop – to charge it before use. I found that the Muah mini vibrator makes an excellent decoration on my desk, and I keep it within sight.

Press the button behind the lips of the Muah and hold for a few seconds to turn it on. It turns on quickly and gets down to business right away.

In Use

When I first turned on the Muah, I didn’t have to press hard. That’s a welcome break from some other ROMP cheap toys. However, as soon as I turned the toy on, I knew I might have some vibration issues. First, however, I’m going to explore why I like this toy for its price.

The Muah is an easy toy to hold, and I appreciate that in a sex toy. Not all of us are able-bodied so finding toys that I think are accessible is great. However, the Naughty Bits Muah is a short toy, and I had difficulty seeing what I was doing behind my belly. While I’m not huge, I see how using this toy could be an issue for bigger bodies.

It’s Accessible

All this being considered, the Muah is an easy toy to handle. It fits perfectly in my hands, and I can hold it for an extended period of time, which is great. Much like some other “innovative toys,” it fits well between my fingers. While other toys that fit between fingers can get up in the $100s, the Muah is only USD 40. That’s a pretty darn good price.

Let’s look at the vibrations. That’s the important part, after all. To turn on the Naughty Bits Muah, press the button behind the lips and hold for a few seconds. I appreciate a button that is so easy to press. That sounds like a silly addition to make, but lately, I’ve been having issues with buttons that my fingers cannot handle. When the toy turned on, I was royally disappointed.

Muah Mini Vibrator’s vibrations are so disappointing. On the lowest level, they’re buzzy. Buzzy, for me, is a boner-kill. It numbs my hands and clit, doesn’t provide enough sensation to usually get off to, and they are just downright annoying.

How I Used the Muah

The Muah is a simple toy to use and it’s ergonomic. I stuck the back of the lips between my two fingers and went at it. I pressed the toy against my clit in a few positions but when I pressed the lips against my lips, that was the bomb. While the lips don’t span the whole length of my vulva, it covered enough to be exciting. However, when it was pressed flat against my vulva, the intensity of the vibrations against my clit was slightly muted. I enjoyed the vibrations against my labia more than I was annoyed by the muted vibrations.

Ease of usability may be a pull toward this toy, despite the buzzy vibrations. I was ultimately able to get off and while I didn’t love the vibrations, there were a lot of pros to this design:

• Easy to hold and fits between your fingers
• Silicone is easy to clean and feels great against your body (I recommend using lube anyway)
• One button controls everything and make it simple to operate

Overall, the Naughty Bits Muah Mini Vibrator is a simple, cheap vibrator. While the vibrations are buzzy, it’s easy to hold in my hands and I can use it for prolonged periods of time between my fingers. However, the cheap, high, buzzy vibrations numbed my hands and they were a bother against my clit.

At $40 this toy is a risk you’d take, but it’s not too great. There’s a strong possiblilty this toy will be more of a bother than a pleasure tool, but I wouldn’t tell you not to get it because it is cheap. So many toys now are unaffordable and if $40 is within your budget, this may be the way to go. That being said, I made a list of “cheap” sex toys for y’all to check out.
