My Honest Thoughts on ROMP Toys: A Roundup Review

If you’ve tried the Zumio, you will get déjà vu with the ROMP Pop Clitoral Vibrator. This toy delivers very pinpoint stimulation. I used to like that stimulation. These days, it’s too much for me. The vibrations should have been stronger. The narrow tip still made it feel like too much was concentrated in one tiny spot.

It’s not a bad toy if pinpoint precision is what you’re into, but my clit just doesn’t like that anymore. I’ve found myself leaning more toward toys with broader heads that give a more diffuse, surrounding sensation. This one didn’t make it into my regular rotation. Regardless, it would work better for someone who still enjoys direct, focused stimulation.

I have just one complaint with the ROMP Rose suction sex toy. It is the same one I’ve had with every rose toy I’ve tried. It’s awkward to hold. The shape of the ROMP Rose suction vibrator doesn’t sit naturally in my hand. I have to adjust it more than I’d like during use. If you’re already into rose-style toys, the ROMP Rose suction vibrator is a nice, affordable choice with firm performance. While it isn’t necessarily the best vibrator for women in 2025, I’m glad ROMP joined the trend!

ROMP Piccolo Pegging Set – Strap On Harness and Dildo Set

So, I didn’t get to use the ROMP Piccolo Pegging Set in a full pegging session (maybe someday!), but I still got to test the dildo and harness, and let me tell you — I was impressed. I don’t usually enjoy anal toys. The dildo in this set was so well-shaped. It was sized so perfectly that I liked it. I’d argue that this set is one of the best dildos for lesbians like myself.

It’s slim, smooth, and flexible enough to be comfortable without losing structure. The harness was fairly standard — not ultra-fancy, but functional, and it didn’t chafe or slip. The ROMP Piccolo Pegging kit dildo is an excellent choice for a beginner-friendly pegging set. It is perfect if you want something approachable and not intimidating. Even for solo anal play, it was surprisingly enjoyable.

A Quick Note on Lube & Silicone Toy Care

Since all these ROMP toys are made of silicone, it’s important to treat them right to guarantee they last. Here are a few quick care tips:

1. Clean after every use: Wash your toys with warm water, mild, unscented soap, or use a toy cleaner (Debatable. My vulva can’t handle this…) Most ROMP toys are waterproof, which makes cleanup easy. Dry them thoroughly before storing.
2. Use lube wisely: Always use water-based lube with silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricant can break down the toy’s surface over time, making it sticky or damaged. Final Thoughts

ROMP sex toys have nailed the sweet spot between affordability, quality, and thoughtful design. Some toys didn’t quite align with my current preferences. I’m looking at you, pinpoint vibes. Others were standouts—especially the Dizi Dildo and ROMP Piccolo Pegging Set and the ROMP Rose. I love that ROMP continues to make body-safe, accessible, fun toys. I’m excited to see what they come out with next.

If you’re curious about any of these, I’d say go for it. This is especially true if you’re newer to toys. You might also want something well-designed without breaking the bank. Just don’t forget your lube and a good wash afterward!
