Sexual Trauma

In 2016, I was raped repeatedly by a neighbor, a university doctor I was sleeping with.

Ever since the rape, I’ve had sexual dysfunction issues. My vagina clenchs as soon as anything gets near it. I feel pain when I use toys internally much too often, but I’m stubborn. I want to make amazing content that you want to read. For that matter, I often shove toys into my unyielding vagina for the review. I want so badly to be a size queen. I love long dildos, ramming into my a-spot with the force of a thousand typhoons, but I can’t do girth easily.

My gynecologist referred me to pelvic floor physical therapy to retrain my vagina to accommodate larger – or even standard – sex toys. While they won’t stretch me enough for the large dildos I want to take, my doctor said they will be instrumental in making intercourse more comfortable for me. I was in pelvic floor therapy for hypertonic pelvic floor exercises, and it’s been recommended to me again.

What is the pelvic floor?

The pelvic floor is a muscle group supporting organs in the pelvis, crucial for bladder control. Mine are too tight, but often, people who have had children have weak muscles, which results in incontinence. Although this is referred to as the “female pelvic floor muscles,” this can affect anyone with a vagina. Typically, kegel balls or similar are used to strengthen the pelvic floor. Some are simple balls you hold in with your pelvic floor, others are electronics made with app-controlled games, and kegel balls with balls inside them for a super lazy workout.

When I was in physical therapy, my therapist stressed the importance of just lying the fuck down with one in my vagina for an extended period. Let me tell you, laying on my back in the butterfly position, knees supported by pillows, with a dilator in my cunt is not a comfortable feeling. Additionally, I was given pelvic floor muscle training exercises. Plastic dilators use body-safe ABS plastic that’s easy to clean and can be used among partners for added fun. My doctor recommended plastic dilators for my use. I ended up sticking with silicone because I’m familiar with it.

Glass

Borosilicate glass sexual wellness toys are non-porous, smooth, and can be warmed or cooled for temperature play. They are visually appealing and hygienic. Additionally, borosilicate glass butt plugs are also easier to find.

Stainless Steel

Come As You Are sent me a more extensive set, the Fuze+, which I greatly appreciated. This set had more dramatic steps up to the next size, and I found that the most significant size was too large for comfort. However, I’m thrilled to have this set because I will require larger products to become a size queen through physical therapy, counseling, and sexual wellness products.
