REVIEW: Pillow Talk Sassy

First Impressions and Packaging

I’m not going to lie; I often pick toys that I think I’ll enjoy. While I want to steer you away from bad toys, I also want to review good toys. While that’s the truth, sometimes I don’t like that toy, and in that case, I’m happy to tell you that “Yes, it looks cool; No, it isn’t great.” In that way, I’ve both tried to get you a toy I think I’ll like and report back to you.

I saw the Pillow Talk Sassy vibrator a while ago, and when Lovehoney asked what I’d like to review next, I jumped on that opportunity. At first glance, the Sassy looks like the kind of toy my vagina–specifically my g-spot–would like. I love that it comes in two colors and that one of them is pale pink, which is a color I prefer though I know many aren’t a fan of the color.

The Pillow Talk Sassy started strong. It came in a sturdy box with a storage bag, charger, and a window on the packaging to peek at what you’re about to get. The packaging was informational, just the way I like it. The box included a storage bag, a labeled charging cable (nice touch!), and the Sassy.

Physical Attributes

The pillow talk sassy vibrator is a soft pink displayed on a pink and white striped piece of cloth. It is a g-spot vibrator and it's curved head reflects that.
Pillow Talk Sassy G-Spot Vibrator is one of my favorite g-spotters.

I’m a fan of internal toys. For the most part, when I find a vibrator I like, I stick with that and use it in conjunction with a dildo of choice that day. While vibrators may be easier to write about, because of all the functions, vibrations, and patterns, I tend to prefer dildos. However, goddess willing, I come across vibrators that blow me away like the Sassy.

The Sassy is what I consider to be an “averaged sized toy” in that the insertable length of the Sassy lines up with my g-spot. It’s roughly the Mona and the Uma’s size but has fewer buttons, something I always appreciate.

The Pillow Talk Sassy vibrator has a single button that controls the vibration strength. A press of the jeweled button will turn it off or on, which is quite handy when you need to turn it off quickly. To increase the speed of the vibrations, you press and hold the button.

The Pillow Talk Sassy Vibrator has a massive jewel in place of the button. It's this single, jeweled button that controls the speed of the g-spot vibrator.
My hand says “Hi!”

Here’s a teensy bit of a comparison

This picture compares the Sassy G-Spot vibrato to the Mona and the Uma, all g-spotting sex toys

I thought I’d compare the Sassy to a few other g-spotter toys I like that you may know. I found that Mona and Uma are quite similar in size and shape. For instance, the Mona has a less dramatic curve than the Sassy, but it is quite similar. The Sassy’s curve is slightly more pronounced than the Mona though the neck of the Mona is thinner.

Rechargeable toys are great for the environment and – in the long run – most cost-effective for you. The Pillow Talk Sassy is a rechargeable toy. It comes with the charger, labeled as “Sassy,” and can be charged through electronics with a USB port, including your computer.

The Sassy charges when you stick the metal connector into the silicone of the toy. I love chargers like this, and I believe it’s what makes the Sassy “splashproof” rather than “waterproof.” In my experience, toys that are powered by batteries or magnetic chargers are the waterproof ones.

For your reference, here are the exact measurements. The insertable 5” is roughly the size of an average penis, though I prefer much larger. However, the Pillow Talk Sassy vibrator emphasized the g-spotter aspect, making up for the smaller length.

  • Circumference: 4.75 inches
  • Insertable Length: 5 inches
  • Length: 7.5 inches

Materials, Care, and Keeping

The Pillow Talk Sassy is a silicone-covered g-spotter. It’s also splashproof, which means when you wash it with soap and water, you don’t have to worry about getting it wet.

Silicone coats the Pillow Talk Sassy vibrator and is a body-safe, non-porous, and non-toxic. To clean a silicone toy, all you need is soap and water. With silicone dildos, you can boil them. However, because there are internal workings with the Sassy, you should not do that. Instead, you can mix it with a 1:10 bleach to water solution for a few moments. I don’t do this frequently for my silicone toys because as long as I wash it thoroughly, it’s good to go.

There are two color options for the Pillow Talk Sassy vibrator: pink and mint green. At Lovehoney, the vendor providing the Sassy for review, the only option is the pink Sassy vibrator. My Sassy is light pink, which suits the on/off diamond setting button and is obnoxiously pretty, just the way I like it.

Experience with the Pillow Talk Sassy

Sassy’s head is also thicker and more bulb-like, which my g-spot just ate up. I was able to get pinpoint stimulation by lightly thrusting with the toy, no rocking necessary. It’s always such a relief to find a toy that I can use to (wo)manhandle my vagina. I like strong, sharp movements, and unlike g-spotters like the Comet or Pure Wand, I can thrust in-and-out rather than just rocking the toy.

The vibrations are surprisingly rumbly in the Pillow Talk Sassy G-Spot vibrator, and I enjoyed using the toy externally. However, with the g-spot stimulation, I wanted to use it to stimulate my g-spot more often. The Sassy is a flexible toy but doesn’t meld to the body. Instead, the head is somewhat flexible, making it more gentle on my cervix. If you’re a returning reader of mine, you may remember that my cervix does not like being touched. The Sassy doesn’t irritate my cervix, even with thrusting.

Final Thoughts

I’ve found a new favorite toy: the Pillow Talk Sassy G-Spot Vibrator. I found pleasure using it both internally and externally, which is always a pleasure. It now sits in my nightstand next to my le Wand, Tango, and Melt.

I highly recommend the Sassy vibrator for both internal and external use, though I gravitated to internal. It’s a pleasure to find more versatile toys.

TL;DR

I’ve found a new vibrator -that I’ll use again and again–Pillow Talk Sassy G-Spot Vibrator. It’s an internal/external toy that targets my g-spot, which is something I like. At a price, Pillow Talk Sassy is a steal. You can get it here at Lovehoney.

Be safe; wear a mask; go fuck yourself.

  1. Thank you! This review helped me pick out which toy I wanted to add to my collection, and I ended up loving it.

  2. Love my Sassy, it’s the best gspot vibe I’ve ever owned. Great shape, nice and rumbly too!

    1. Right?? What color do you have? I kinda wish I’d requested the blue. I love pink but I try to get other colors when available since a lot of us aren’t into pink…

  3. The photo comparison to similar vibrators is super helpful! Not sure why I thought the Mona was bigger.

  4. I’m debating between this type of vibrator where I can use it both internally and externally and something like a wevibe tango or touch, and this review makes me lean towards the pillow talk sassy. Mostly because of the price and like you said, it’s versatility. Thanks for the review!

    1. Sure thing! If you want both internally, and external, then the Sassy may be the way to go. The Touch and Tango are AMAZING but they aren’t internal toys.

    2. That being said, if you have the Tango, that thing will fit in most bullet holes when there is one for a dildo…. Like, you could make your dildos vibrating dildos.

  5. I’m really happy with my Sassy, my only quibble is that the power button is super bright. I don’t really need my vibrator to double as a flashlight.

  6. My very favorite vibe, though I only use it externally…paired with the Pure Wand, it’s perfection!
