First Impressions

You’ll note that recently I was given the Butters Original Lube Aloe x Shea and it opened up a whole new world for me and jacking off in the bath. After my review, the Butter’s Hygienics Co. offered me another lube to try and I chose the Palm Grease High Viscosity Lube for – and I quote – D*ck Stroking, Fist F*cking, and Other High Viscosity Needs. God help me that’s how it’s marketing and my life has now been made.

This review will be a tad bit shorter than usual because I’m review another style in the same line.

tl;dr

The Butter’s Hygienics Co. Palm Grease is an oil-based lube and is somewhat softly-solid in a jar, very similar to this one I reviewed. I didn’t love the Palm it as much as I loved the Aloe x Shea Original Lube because it felt a bit thicker and I didn’t like that. However, it lasts an entire long session of mine and heightens sensation.

A Little About the Butter’s Hygienics Co.

The Butter’s is a black, queer-owned company and the products are made at home. I love this. Anything queer is something I can stand behind and, especially now, it’s incredibly important to support companies by people of color. I very much appreciate that they thought of me to review their product.

Their customer service was quick to respond to my many query’s and I very much appreciated that. They responded with as much information as they could offer me and they did it in a timely manner. It is comforting when I come across companies that truly stand by their products and, maybe more importantly, their customers.

Keep in Mind…

Keep in mind that this is an oil-based lube which means it isn’t latex-condom safe. But don’t let that deter you. While it isn’t compatable with standard condoms, it can be used with most toys and lambskin, plyurethane & nitrile. It may mean exploring a new kind of condom or gloves but the oil-based lube by The Butter’s is, in my opinion, well worth it.

My Experience with Palm Grease for Dck Stroking, Fist Fcking, and Other High Viscosity Needs

I already knew when I was waiting for the Palm Grease what I was going to do with it. I was going to take it on a clit f*cking session in the bath. I found that this oil-based lube lasted longer in the water and

My skin is very sensitive and will often react negatively to new lube that I try. However, with the Palm Grease and Aloe x Shea lube butter, I did not have a negative reaction. It didn’t take a lot of lube to get going and it lasted a long time. I actually found I got more pleasure using the Melt with the Palm Grease (and Aloe x Shea butter) than with a more standard liquid lube.

Palm Grease does not have a scent at all like the Aloe x Shea butter does, though the Shea butter lube’s scent was light.

Final Thoughts

The Palm Grease for D*ck Stroking, Fist F*cking, and Other High Viscosity Needs is an excellent oil-based lube that lasts a long time. I preferred the Aloe x Shea Butter Original Lube over the Palm Grease but both of these oil-based lubes are both compatible with a lot of toys.
